Safe and gentle horses and ponies. Fun-filled days with good friends, new and old. Riding lessons. Games on horseback. Arts and crafts. This is just a sampling of the events that occur at Enterprise Farms\u2019 riding camps.<\/p>\n

Our year-round riding camps feature safety oriented instruction on how to work around horses, basic horsemanship skills, grooming, bathing, tacking and exercising. Special guests — including veterinarians, professional trainers, and farriers (horse shoers) — demonstrate their expertise, invite hands-on participation and answer questions from students. Field trips to the Mounted Police headquarters give students the chance to observe this highly specialized group as they practice their training.<\/p>\n

Week-long camps close with a horse show and awards ceremony where campers demonstrate their newly developed skills for family and friends.<\/p>\n

Camp sessions are limited to small groups, which insures that campers receive maximum attention and education.\u00a0Enterprise Farms welcomes first-time riders through advanced riders.<\/p>\n
